Kaiser is the latest player in a slew of Midwest prospects following Matt Campbell to Penn State. He officially received an offer from the Nittany Lions on December 24 and committed the same day after originally making the call for Iowa State in March. Big Ten foe Minnesota also made a push for Kaiser following his decommitment from the Cyclones.
The Nebraska native is a two-way player, but will likely play linebacker at the next level after plenty of reps at tight end in high school. He’s got a big frame (that still needs to be filled out), and he competed in shot put, discus, high jump, and hurdle races at Sidney. Kaiser likely won’t be a day-one starter at Penn State, but he has the traits to project into an exciting middle linebacker down the line.
