A person was hit and injured by a driver who fled Wednesday night in East Boston, according to police.
The crash happened on Saratoga Street. Police responded around 9:15 p.m.
The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Authorities did not give a description of the vehicle.
The crash is under investigation.
