Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has had a glorious career to date, becoming his country’s #9 and captain, scoring bucket loads of goals for his boyhood club Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League to inch towards the British all time goal scoring record, earned a huge move to Bayern, now racking up trophies and becoming his own wax figure.
Yes, dear reader, you read that right. In an achievement that clearly makes all his previous ones pale in comparison, the Bavarians’ star striker got his own wax statue made at London’s Madame Tussauds wax museum, becoming one of over 150 figures in the place. @iMiaSanMia captures the whole situation:
Unfortunately, it is unlikely the Londoners were ever going to give Kane his Bayern jersey over the England one. Oh well. Kane’s wax figure may not be quite as iconic as Wax Coolio, but there is an odd charm to the vacant looking doppelgänger.
