Glad that we can finally get a feel for the line play. Iheanachor And Benton were two guys that I wanted to hear had a good day, so that’s encouraging news.
I am disappointed in the lack of physicality in other areas, though. I saw a few clips where the DBs were basically forced to allow a catch at times rather than play the receivers. It felt like more of an extension of the warmup period for everyone but the linemen.
Might just not be his game, but I’d like to see Pittman making more plays downfield. It feels like after all the talk about a different role for him, he’s still been somewhat relegated to being the underneath guy so far.
Loving what I’m hearing/seeing from Rodgers and DK though. It took them a little time to get going last year, but they’re starting off pretty hot.
Got to see a few clips from the 7 on 7s and man, Allar’s arm is for real. 60 yards over the top to Burgess (before his injury). I’m excited to see these young QBs in a stadium.
