The game was 7-6 going into the 4th. I can easily forgive giving up one good drive through 3 quarters. We all know that the defensive style was opportunistic/turnover-based, and they excelled at that for most of the game.
"All the playoffs" equals the Steelers game and the one against the Patriots the next week in which they exploited the same strategy exposed by the Steelers D to force Stroud into 4 turnovers.
In the entire regular season, Stroud had only 10 turnovers.
These were Houston's first 7 Drives, up through the end of the 3rd quarter:
- Punt
- Fumble
- TD
- Fumble
- Punt
- Interception
- Punt
3 Punts, 3 turnovers, 1 score.
Sounds like a defense that's mostly doing its job to me.
In the one bad drive, they gave up 53 yards. In 6 other drives through the end of the 3rd, they only gave up 45 yards.
