The body of a deceased man was found on a Caltrain platform in San Francisco Saturday morning, according to the police department.
Police said officers responded to the Caltrain platform on the 1100 block of 22nd Street at around 8:06 a.m. regarding a report of a deceased person.
At the scene, officials said paramedics declared the man deceased and the Medical Examiner arrived to conduct an investigation.
