So Flo has all these issues and yet he's gotten extending coaching time with the Vikings. I just wanna see my team win playoff games I dont care if the guy is a total jerk. Why do people think getting the number 1 or 2 overall pick makes it a lock that the pick will workout? How many number 1 picks have been busts? A ton, so even if we got the top pick the chances of it working out is as good as a coin flip. Thats why I think we need a offensive minded coavh who can develop a QB. In reply to Fred. The Rooney Rule does apply to any minority. So it applies to Asian, Latino, & Polynesian heritage coaches. So a qualified coach of Chinese heritage should qualify as a minority under the Rooney Rule.
