
A car crashed right into a home in Raynham, Massachusetts, on Tuesday afternoon after the driver suffered a medical episode.
The incident occurred arond 12:51 p.m. Tuesday, when Raynham police and fire said they received a 911 call reporting that a vehicle had crashed into a home at 1577 Broadway.
When first responders arrived, they found that a car had crashed into the lower brick portion of the home. Photos showed broken wood, smashed insulation and bricks on the ground next to the car. What looked like a window frame could also be seen on the lawn.


Police said their preliminary investigation indicates that an elderly male driver suffered a medical episode before leaving the road, crossing the lawn and striking the home.
The driver was rushed to an area hospital, and police said he is expected to survive.
The home was occupied at the time of the crash, but no one inside was injured as a result of the crash.
The Raynham Building Department responded to assess the home for structural damage, and Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant also responded to the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by police.
