At long last, the Honolulu Police Commission is moving on the search for Oahu’s next police chief. It’s hired an executive search firm for $121,900: for outreach with community members, stakeholders and partners to figure out what people want in the next chief (a three-month process), and to survey uniformed and civilian personnel.
