
The “Off the News” segment on Jan. 9 ended with the ominous sentence, “Hawaii would do well to avoid the hit list” (“One state’s scandal hits 4 others, politically,” Star-Advertiser). (The aforementioned hit list being President Trump’s list of enemies real and imagined, to wit, anyone who has the temerity to disagree with him.) How, pray tell, are we supposed to do that?
