The Miami Dolphins received good news on Wednesday as top edge rusher Chop Robinson practice fully as he recovered from a concussion sustained during practice last week. The Dolphins did not record a sack during either of their first two games and will look to end that streak against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Robinson was not wearing a red, no-contact jersey in practice.
Also participating fully in practice for Miami were tight end Seymour Traore and cornerback Chris Johnson. Traore is dealing with a thumb injury while Johnson has a shoulder issue.
Long snapper Tucker Addington, wide receiver Chris Bell, cornerback JuJu Brents, wide receiver Ryan Miller, and running back Jaylen Wright were all limited in practice. Addington injured his shoulder against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 1, but played through the issue last week. Bell and Brents are both dealing with knee issues. Miller, who scored the lone Dolphins touchdown last week on a 77-yard reception, has problems with his hip and back while Wright is dealing with a stinger and a finger issue.
Edge rusher Robert Beal, Jr., and wide receiver Caleb Douglas were both held out of practice. Beal is nursing a hamstring injury while Douglas has an ankle issue.
The Chiefs included tackle Josh Simmons on the injury report as a non-participant with a back injury. Defensive end Felix Anudike-Uzomak, defensive back Chamorri Conner, defensive tackle Chris Jones, and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed were all limited participants. Anudike-Uzomak has a quadriceps injury, Conner has a knee issue, Jones is dealing with a calf problem, and Sneed has a knee injury.
Kansas City listed linebacker Jeff Bassa (shoulder), defenisve back Jadon Canady (knee), linebacker Jack Cochran (calf), cornerback Mansoor Delane (shoulder), defensive back Jaden Hicks (biceps), quarterback Patrick Mahomes (knee), and wide receiver Rashee Rice (knee) as full participants.
