I used to utilize the DAS program on each trip. Once they made the change I was stuck. I have a Neuro muscular problem that makes standing for long periods of time very painful and difficult and sometimes impossible. I can walk and I don’t like to use any type of wheelchair or scooter unless the walking surface is uneven or at an incline, then I have no choice. Walking through the line for big thunder mountain is about impossible for me. Disney needs to understand that it’s not a one size fits all situation and that our dollars are just as valuable as a non disabled persons, but if they make it so the parks are just not possible without a DAS type of program then they lose not just my business but that of all my extended family as well all travel together. People will always find a way to cheat, it’s just the way it is, but don’t punish everyone else.
