Firefighters are battling a vegetation fire near Chileno Valley Road in Marin County that has burned more than 300 acres, authorities said on Sunday.
The Marin County Fire Department said at around 4:40 p.m., crews responded to reports of a vegetation fire near Chileno Valley Road, around 4 miles south of Tomales Road, in the Chileno Valley area.
According to Cal Fire, the Chileno Fire has burned 341 acres and is 5% contained.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
