Plantation High School was placed on lockdown Thursday after a large fight and a report of a person armed with a gun, police said.
Officers responded to the school on Northwest 16th Street and were actively searching the campus, Plantation Police officials said.
A perimeter was also set up and no one was allowed in or out of the area, police said.
