A deadly shooting in Camden on Friday night is under investigation, police said on Monday.
According to the Camden County Police Department, officers responded to a reported shooting on July 31 at the 100 block of North 24th Street at around 9:50 p.m. There, they found 35-year-old Edgar Velasco-Hernandez shot. He was pronounced dead at 11:37 p.m.
The investigation is active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
