As Robertson’s Flowers & Events approaches its 100th anniversary, the family-owned florist is opening its first Center City Philadelphia location, marking a new chapter for a business that has served customers since 1927.
The new storefront at the Comcast Center Campus opens Aug. 20, 2026, and will be a full-service flower and plant shop, offering grab-and-go bouquets, fresh floral arrangements, indoor plants and a curated selection of giftware.
Customers will also have the opportunity to place orders for custom arrangements and larger floral designs for pickup or delivery.
“As we approach Robertson’s 100th anniversary in 2027, we saw an opportunity to honor our history by investing in our future,” Robertson’s President Taylor Ferry said in a news release. “Opening our first Center City location is a milestone we’ve envisioned for years, and Comcast Center gives us the perfect home to introduce a new generation of customers to Robertson’s while becoming part of the daily rhythm of Center City.”

Beyond serving customers’ everyday floral and gifting needs, the new storefront will also be a gateway to Robertson’s renowned wedding, corporate and special event floral services
Center City location will be Robertson’s third storefront in the region, joining locations in Chestnut Hill and Bryn Mawr, with the design studio and warehouse in Wyndmoor.
