Richardson Silver Line Arch complete after weekend road work near US 75

The city of Richardson unveiled its new Silver Line Arch near US 75,just south of the President George Bush Turnpike.

The project is 10 years in the making; installation started earlier this year.

The arch is about 400 feet long, according to the city, and 80 feet high. It also features blue accent lighting.

The city closed several roads last week to accommodate this work.

The Silver Line connects DFW International Airport with Plano through Addison.
