Whatever you need to tell yourself about your skin color to make you feel better. When there were nothing but white coaches in the past we all knew it was because whites are inherently better and not solely because of the skin color. The only people that earn their place is white people. I hear exactly what you are saying about that part.
I am confused about one thing. Are you saying Cowher got his job for being white? You stated previously that it was because Cowher was a yinzer. Are you lying again or does race matter for everything in your world? It is hard to keep lies consistent and you seem to falling into that trap.
