Honestly, just avoid China for doing any kind of business. They will lie, cheat and steal and think nothing of it. I'm not saying Chinese people themselves are bad, many are wonderful people but many business people are scoundrels. Their culture doesn't give a second thought to liars and cheats. They even have a common saying "If you can cheat, then cheat." You will not make money there, they will suck you dry and kick you out the moment they have the opportunity. Your super friendly, and trustworthy Chinese partner will turn venomous in heartbeat.
