You can't simply swap a 2.8-inch LCD for a 1.2-inch micro-OLED like you would replace a display in the Steam Deck. The massive difference in panel size requires a complete redesign of the entire optical stack, including the lenses, display positioning, and headset housing.
This isn't a simple panel upgrade. It's a fundamental hardware redesign!
