The Las Vegas Raiders are struggling in the run game and it continues to be a problem. Since 2024 the Raiders have been one of the worst teams rushing the football and there hasn’t been much improvement even with high investment.

This season the team started off hot Week 1 but Weeks 2-5 has displayed extreme regression. With a big game at home this week against the Buffalo Bills it is importent to keep the high powered offense off the field. The run game is way to get it done.

When it is comes to the improvement Klint Kubiak and the coaching staff are deep diving into the film to fix the details. Raiders offensive coordinator Andrew Janocko spoke about being detail oriented on Thursday.

“Yeah, everything we do, we’re trying to detail up as we grow in the system, as we grow together as an offense. The individual techniques is something that weemphasize and focus every day, whether it be up front, whether it be with our backs. We look at trying to generate more production within the scheme as we look at that, but we take a look at every single aspect, whether it be with the players and their techniques with our scheme, and just trying to grow with every facet of our offense, not just the run game, but we’re trying to grow as a full offense together.”

Hopefully the details come together and the Raiders find a way to get the run game back on track.
