A 17-year-old male was hospitalized after they were found with serious injuries just off the roadway of North Main Street on Thursday night.
Police, Fire, and EMS were dispatched to the area of North Main Street and Proctor Drive around 9:10 p.m. for an injured pedestrian.
The victim was sent to the hospital for treatment.
According to police, no vehicle possibly involved remained on scene.
Police said, the West Hartford Police accident reconstruction team was called to investigate the incident. The area remains closed for police investigation.
