The Washington Wizards have signed KeShawn Murphy to an Exhibit 10 contract, the team announced Friday.
Murphy, 23, averaged 10.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and two stocks per game with Auburn during the 2025-26 campaign. He spent his first three collegiate seasons at Mississippi State, where he averaged 6.7 points across 74 contests.
The 6-foot-10, 230-pound senior is a versatile defender and efficient paint scorer who shot at least 56% from the field in each of his final two collegiate seasons. Murphy isn’t known for his outside jumper, shooting just 31.7% from 3-point range on 1.3 attempts per game, but his defensive switchability and athleticism fit what Washington has coveted under general manager Will Dawkins.
The signing brings Washington to 20/21 training camp spots.
