Notre Dame is #3 in the rankings, among the favorites to win the national championship, and has a quarterback, CJ Carr, who was the preseason favorite to win the Heisman (currently has 4th best odds). It’s going to take an effort of historical proportions for the Spartans to pull off the upset. But we were named after warriors who are synonymous with historical efforts.

Prediction: Last week, I predicted a 38-17 win for MSU. I’ve been very accurate with the MSU side of the predictions in both games, but my opponent predictions have been a little more off-target. I shared my thoughts for the ND game over on their site, One Foot Down. Wish I could have predicted an MSU upset, but I’m not there yet. Irish win but don’t cover the spread. 38-17, the Spartans fall.
