I believe that drivers should know not to speed and blow through a traffic light, whether or not it results in striking another vehicle is wrong. Empathy first should be given to the innocent victim who I presume also has a family. We should be thoughtful and balanced when expressing ourselves. Speeding and dangerous driving is a big problem.
