Hilarious. Can't wait to see the state's residents get bedazzled into voting for another mass transit boondoggle that ends up not delivering what it promised, just like 20 years ago. Maybe when the next generation of neurotic east coast transplants flocks to the metro during that time, they'll think "Don't worry, we'll get it right this time" as well.
