A pet owner is happy to have their beloved puppy back after she was stolen along with a Bentley in Fort Lauderdale on Monday.
It happened at around 2:45 p.m. in the 2700 block of Northeast 19th Street.
Police said the dog named Coco, a six-month old black poodle mix, was inside the 2024 white Bentley Continental, a two-door sedan with Florida tag RSSD40.

The victim reportedly left their car to go inside a home for a short time, leaving the dog and the key fob inside. An unknown person then got inside and drove away.
Police are still searching for the vehicle, which was last seen heading southbound in the 1100 block of Bayview Drive.
Coco, however, was returned to her owner in good condition after she was found in the street by a good Samaritan, police said.
“Once they saw the news coverage [Tuesday] morning, they returned the dog to its owner,” authorities said. “Thank you for your assistance in sharing this story and helping ensure a successful and happy reunion.”
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the Bentley should call Fort Lauderdale Police.
