The Farmers Branch Fire Department came to the rescue after receiving a call about ducklings trapped in a storm drain.
On Tuesday, March 31, the team responded by working with the Public Works and Animal Services to rescue the ducklings.
According to the department, the grate was lifted and the ducklings were safely removed and reunited with their mother, who was nearby.
