Several schools will be opening later on Tuesday as temperatures are expected to plummet with wind chills possibly hitting temperatures below zero.
The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory that will be in effect from 2 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19 due to freezing temperatures.
