West Virginia earned the commitment of a Power Four transfer pass rusher on Friday night.
Oregon edge Tobi Haastrup will move across the country to join the WVU football program, per On3 Sports’ Hayes Fawcett.
Haastrup (6-foot-4 and 240 pounds), former four-star recruit, made one tackle in three appearances for the Ducks in 2025. He will bring four full years of eligibility with him to West Virginia.
A native of London, England, Haastrup played high school football at Mayde Creek.
