Based on everything I've read so far Chris Shula would be my hire. He's young, worked his way up and comes from a lineage of successful NFL coaches. Plus with him being young (and I don't know this to be true), he is probably more open to being more collaborative and allow his OC to do what they do. Being around McVay I'm sure he knows what a good Offense looks like and how's it's run behind the scenes, that's another bonus. Maybe he brings Scheelhaase with him.
