I’m more the happy to move on. The team will survive without Tomlin. Tomlin bought the groceries and made the best out of it. Now someone else will get a chance. Tomlin did a fine job drafting in the twenties and with the bad picks he made.
Now a new coach has a chance to be great or not. Tomlin left him a few good players but a total rebuild is needed. The team needs a strong head coach and one who can be a talent evaluator.
