Perhaps you draw on experience in SE Asia where Ch were targeted in Indon. Malay, Viet, Ph etc. Latin America might all speak Spanish, but they are very diverse, and the Colombians are not liked in Venezuela (and vice versa) or in Guyana (vice versa), etc, etc, etc.…

In reply to Rules Based Disorder. Most US oil is produced in the USA, they only swap it for heavier oil. With effort they can re-tool their refineries. The US has 2 large oceans and a big Gulf (of America?) between it an any adversaries. So internal pipelines are unlikely to be taken out. Meanwhile China's imports are easy to stop. Your Tiddly Wink friends (who despise Pacs) are going to get cold and hungry very quickly.

As the saying goes, if I owe the bank 1m I have a problem, if I owe the bank 1bn they have the problem. The Tiddly Winks have a problem. Taco takes out Manduro and the Venezuelans elites are on notice. Iran is on the middle of a slow evolving regime change. China can only sit on the side lines and watch impotently as it's allies and source of oil disappear.
