"This is William," the Princess of Wales said. "We've come to interrupt your gym session," the future king of England told the person receiving treatment. _ Social media users praised Kate Middleton's warm nature toward Prince William. "I love how she introduces her husband, 'This is William,' no titles, no protocol," one X user wrote. "And they are both so humble, she introduced Prince William, 'This is William,' to one of the patients," a second said. "This is sweet," a third added. _ During the appearance, Kate Middleton opened up about her cancer recovery. "Whether it's a casual conversation, or it's the art therapy, or walking, going to a cafe with a patient, it makes such a big difference in that recovery healing journey and also confidence going back into home life," she told patients via TODAY. _ Kate Middleton has previously spoken about returning to work after recovering from the illness. "You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism, through treatment. "You're not able to function normally at home as you were perhaps once used to." However, the U.K. government's decision to review the duke's security privileges could open the door for Harry and his kids to return to the region in the near future. "Harry says the security issue has been the biggest obstacle in any reconciliation with his family, and the primary reason that he has not brought his family to see their grandfather and experience their heritage," royal correspondent Jennie Bond told The Mirror. _ "So, if that obstacle is removed, it seems reasonable to presume that he will bring Archie and Lilibet over here," Jennie Bond continued. "And I think most people would be glad to see our old King reunited with the son he called his 'darling boy' and with the grandchildren he barely knows. But I'm less convinced that the public is ready for Meghan Part Two." _ Meghan Markle, who called her time in the royal fold "inauthentic," hasn't returned to the country since Queen Elizabeth II's 2022 funeral. Royal experts often think Meghan is uninterested in visiting England after years of complaining about her time there. "She's clearly happy at home in California, and I can't see why she would want to come to the U.K. and face possible hostility," Jennie Bond said. And I think it would be a smack in the face to William, who has remained so completely loyal to his father and his duty, to allow Harry back as a working royal, even a part-time one."
