During a visit to Charing Cross Hospital in London, Kate Middleton introduced Prince William to a patient in a non-royal manner. "This is William," the Princess of Wales said.
"We've come to interrupt your gym session," the future king of England told the person receiving treatment.

Social media users praised Kate Middleton's warm nature toward Prince William. "I love how she introduces her husband, 'This is William,' no titles, no protocol," one X user wrote.
"And they are both so humble, she introduced Prince William, 'This is William,' to one of the patients," a second said.
"This is sweet," a third added.

During the appearance, Kate Middleton opened up about her cancer recovery. "Whether it's a casual conversation, or it's the art therapy, or walking, going to a cafe with a patient, it makes such a big difference in that recovery healing journey and also confidence going back into home life," she told patients via TODAY.

Kate Middleton has previously spoken about returning to work after recovering from the illness. "You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism, through treatment. Treatment's done, and it's like, 'I can crack on, get back to normal again,' but actually that phase afterwards is a really difficult time," she said during a visit to Colchester Hospital. "You're not able to function normally at home as you were perhaps once used to."
