Missouri GOP candidate charged with trying to plant cocaine on his primary opponent in election he won by just 33 votes

According to an affidavit, Thomas Ross asked his campaign manager to plant a small amount of cocaine and a prescription amphetamine pill on Louise Secker in the days leading up to the primary.
