Chicago police are investigating after a man was found stabbed to death in the Washington Park neighborhood Saturday night.
According to authorities, responding officers in the 5100 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue found a 62-year-old man lying on a sidewalk at approximately 11:10 p.m.
Police said the man had suffered a laceration to his neck, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Area One detectives are investigating, and there was no further information on the incident, with no description of a suspect immediately available.
