Totally agree. When I saw Roethlisberger in whatever bowl he played his senior year I was like holy sh*t. Had never seen him play but he was Superman. Told everybody screw Phil Rivers draft that guy 😆
That being said, I honestly think Allar was kept from realizing potential by James Franklin's Cowher-esque tendencies. Particularly in big games Franklin went very conservative and you see that in Allars play.
Of course only time will tell with Allar.
