you said "Loyalty is what the Rooney's value more than winning SBs" as if they thought some other coach was going to do better with they players they had. Most competent owners understands that only 1 out of 32 teams win a championship in any given year, and that you need to have the right players in place to have a chance, much more than you need some flavor of the month coach to elevate you. You need a competent leader to guide a championship-worthy roster to a Super Bowl, but the Steelers haven't had sufficient talent for a long time, largley due to bad drafting and misguided free agent acquisitions.
