A source claimed Prince Harry regretted leaving Queen Elizabeth II "blindsided."

"I don't think he fully appreciated the impact the statement would have in terms of them not consulting the Queen. He regrets that," the source told The Telegraph.

Despite the source's claims, Prince Harry denied the assertion.

"I've never blindsided my grandmother. I have too much respect for her," Harry told Oprah Winfrey.

Prince Harry settled into his life in Montecito and seemingly enjoys it.

"I very much enjoy living here and bringing my kids up here," Harry told Andrew Ross Sorkin at The New York Times DealBook Online Summit.

"To be able to do the things I'm able to do with my kids that I undoubtedly wouldn't be able to do in the U.K. — it's huge," Prince Harry continued. "That is a fantastic opportunity and I'm hugely grateful for that."
