The Miami Dolphins are back on the field in Week 7, coming off their bye week to face the New York Jets. The game marks the first of six AFC East games Miami will play this year, two each against the Jets, the New England Patriots, and the Buffalo Bills. With just 12 games left on the schedule, half of Miami’s post-bye-week games are divisional matchups. Today’s game is a road contest at MetLife Stadium, with the Jets slated to make the trip to Miami to close out the home-and-home series in Week 12.
Miami enters the game 0-5, hoping their bye-week adjustments are enough to get their first win of the year. New York is looking to rebound after losing to the Patriots last week. The 2-4 Jets have lost four of their last five after starting the year with a Week 1 win.
Will the Dolphins come away with the first victory of the season on Sunday? Will the Jets take advantage of a rebuilding Miami team to pick up their third victory of the year?
