Voters in the Irving Independent School District will decide on a nearly $1 billion bond package in the November 2026 midterm election, with proposals that would fund the construction of several new schools, technology improvements and new multipurpose facilities.
The bond package is divided into four separate propositions totaling approximately $952.3 million. Each proposition will appear individually on the ballot, allowing voters to approve or reject each measure.
If approved, the district would be authorized to issue bonds to finance the proposed projects and levy property taxes sufficient to repay the debt, including interest and certain associated costs.
