Venezuela is looking to sign 105 oil contracts by end of year, Hector Obregon, the head of state-run oil company PDVSA, said on Friday, and some 70% of contracts are for green - or new - fields. The country's oil production will reach 1.5 million barrels per day at close of 2027, Obregon added during a panel, and its refineries are processing 350,000 bpd and hope to raise that figure to 500,000 or 600,000 bpd.
