Residents reported hearing a powerful boom on Friday in the vicinity of Aden airport in southern Yemen. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage, and the cause of the sound was not immediately clear. The airport was attacked earlier this week, Yemen's Transport Ministry said. It said Iran-aligned Houthis had targeted it with ballistic missiles and explosive-laden drones.
