Anyone who said Bassey was bad really does not know hoop, like, at all. Same with anyone questioning MDJ's talent as a GM. But Bassey? That PERFECT floater that goes in at like, a 90% rate?? Welcome back, Sean Livingston! Bassey's floater is a weapon GSW did not have last year. Williams being able to score 2 points in like 1.5 seconds from the top of the key is a weapon they did not have last year. Yaxel, Bassey and Williams absolutely destroy who they replaced in SethCurry, Post and Spencer. MDJ did a fantastic job this offseason to improve the squad when his hands were tied.
Very interesting to see how this season pans out now Steph might actually have some REAL help. Not Pat Spencer. Pat Spencer should not be in the NBA. Not Podz getting most minutes on the team. Podz getting traded back to Milwaukee.
