Just yesterday, there was a quote published from Mr. Rosen regarding the conviction of the former undersheriff convicted of bribery for getting new iPads for the Sherriff’s Department in exchange for Apple security officials getting expedited conceal carry permits. Rosen used this case to remove Laurie Smith from office.
District Attorney Jeff Rosen said, “My Office enforces the law without fear or favor. Law enforcement in Santa Clara County must be equally determined to be incorruptible as it is determined to protect our community.”

Mr. Rosen is just gaslighting the public. He caters more to his political supporters than he does to crime victims or the law. To this day, I am still being stalked and assaulted by Ms. Houghton and my kids have never got a screening. Mr. Rosen does not care, and continues to cover it all up.
