Im fine with that era. The coach actually deferred to the offensive coaches and brought in actual competent people.
When the refs decided in 2018 to screw us collectively, that window of winning anything closed. Not resting or not having all of our offensive targets playing in the post season killed us.
You weren't a racist, but i'd say it would be trigger happy to fire him after the 2017 playoffs. Now if you support detaining brown people as a blanketed policy, that would be racist.
