Women accused of multiple retail thefts in Vallejo

Two women were arrested following a series of retail thefts in Vallejo, the police department said on Saturday.

Police said there has been a series of thefts at a department store on the 1100 block of Admiral Callaghan Lane between Nov. 6 and Nov. 20, 2025.

The store’s loss prevention team provided descriptions and security footage linking two specific female suspects to six separate thefts totaling more than $5,000 in stolen merchandise, according to officials.

Authorities report they found one of the suspects, and they discovered she had property belonging to the other suspect. Police said a records check confirmed the first suspect is a convicted felon and she had a warrant for her arrest out of Solano County.

On Jan. 15, police said they responded to multiple reports of retail thefts in the Admiral Callaghan Lane area. Store employees in the 100 block of Plaza Drive recognized the suspect from prior theft cases and saw her leaving the store with unpaid merchandise totaling over $700, authorities said.

Shortly thereafter, officials report employees at a department store on the 1100 block of Admiral Callaghan Lane said the same woman returned and was stealing merchandise. Officers then found the suspect and detained her, according to police.

The police department added a records check revealed the suspect lives in Oceanside, and her vehicle was used to transport the stolen merchandise. Officers recovered stolen items from multiple stores that were found in her vehicle’s trunk, according to authorities.

Police said both were arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail.
