Nine communities topped $2 million in median single-family home price in Massachusetts last year, and 54 topped $1 million.
Among those, six communities crossed the $1 million threshold for the first time, according to Warren Group data released Tuesday: Alford, Boxford, Lynnfield, Scituate, Wenham and West Newbury.
