I've said it on a few posts but I'm leaning towards Klay Kubiak just because I believe the Bills will get Shula and Klint Kubiak will head to the Ravens. Or vice versa.

He doesn't call the plays as we know, however he does have influence on the calls being made. He suggested the Jauan Jennings passing touchdown playcall the other week. I highly doubt it would be some foreign concept for him to start calling each play if he's worked with Shanahan for half a decade. He's directly worked with Brock Purdy since his rookie year as well, which is a positive towards his resume.
